Coaching
Coaching is inspired by the world of sports. Arriving in the United States in the 90s, it first concerned company directors and executives and today concerns everyone.
Coaching consists of tailor-made support for a person in a process of change, at a key moment in their life, based on the needs they express, until the complete achievement of their specific objectives.
Coaching leads to lasting greater performance and success , autonomy and self-fulfillment, thanks to the concomitant development of one's potential and know-how.
In my opinion, the spirit of coaching is believing that it is often easier and faster for a person to get where they want to go if they get help .
My favorite definition of coaching is the art of helping a person find their own solutions.
Through my intuition, my empathy and my sense of humor, I support you in achieving your personal and professional goals.
I take the risk of coaching you by accepting to be afraid because I do not control all the parameters. I am an eternal non-expert who never forgets that each client is the only expert of his own life.
Coaching takes place during a series of individual interviews between a person (the coachee) and a professional (the coach) which aim to help the person achieve their goals and succeed in their personal life or their professional life or even both!
The client finds his own solutions thanks to the coach, who helps him to do so.
This is where we distinguish coaching from consulting.
A contract is then signed between the parties stipulating the general conditions of the coaching
(duration of sessions, objective, price, etc.).
